Hi NatyMiami,Absolutely possible.If you have residual excess skin and fat in the flanks and lower back after a tummy tuck, it is still possible to remove. Talk with your surgeon about a prone (face down) approach that continues your tummy tuck scar around to the lower back. Depending on your anatomy and area of skin excess, your scar may or may not meet in the midline in the back.
