Surgeon said he understood my issues and would resolve with revision, however, it seems the revision just addressed the scars and not the uneven hips. The orginal procedure unevenly pulled my abdominal skin resulting in very uneven hips and skin tension. View the vertical distance of beauty marks before/after pics. Surgeon said he agreed and would revise, had a great second surcgery plan, but I am still very asymetrical. Is this fixible? Am I missing something anatomically? TIA for advice!

I encourage you to wait 3-6 more months before considering a revision to allow the area to fully heal. An exam would be needed to determine if further plication would be beneficial or if the contour is related to internal/visceral fat.
From your photos it appears you would benefit from further skin excision to give you an improved look. Liposuction can also be added to further contour the hips/flanks. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
