I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your results look very good. The uneven tension is a difficult issue and may not be fixed. The hip issues may be addressed with liposuction.

Your issue of hip dips is obvious. I recommend liposuction, but I am concerned you have limited donor fat, with Lateral BBL ultrasound guided injections with the combo of Radiesse or Restylane Lyft (both having high prime values) &/or Sculptra injection in a combination. The human body is highly asymmetrical.
No one has a symmetrical body or a symmetrical face.
People are either right handed or left-handed. All the internal organs are placed asymmetrically.
Expecting symmetry after surgery is not a good idea since nobody is symmetrical before surgery.
It sounds like you’re surgeon it’s addressing your concerns. I suggest you continue following up with your provider who seems like he did a nice tummy tuck for you.
