Based on your photos, you appear to have a somewhat crooked nasal appearance on front view, and a low dorsal hump on profile that may be distracting. Depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery techniques may be considered for achieving a narrower and straighter nasal appearance along with a less projected and less distracting nasal profile appearance.
