Why don't we investigate the administration of triamcinolone to thick skin nasal tip using tattoo equipment (MMP or “Microinfusão de Medicamentos na Pele” technique)? Would reach dermis only, and microdosing would likely evenly thin this layer without irregular skin atrophy/dents. Has been successfully tried for alopecia areata. No harm to skin. Answer: Preoperative steroid injections to nasal skin may lead to nasal skin atrophy.
Thank you for uploading these photos. You should absolutely get a rhinoplasty since you're already going in for the anesthesia and recovery time associated with the septoplasty. Depending on your goals, I recommend component dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and a columellar strut graft....
I say this because in my opinion, you do not appear to have a significantly over-projected nasal profile appearance. Since digital photos rarely tell the whole story, sometimes an in-person consultation is necessary to determine somebody's candidacy for finesse rhinoplasty. I hope this helps....
