Surgical process for face similar to Scarlett Johansson? (photo)

Question

Okay, so a lot of features i consider ideal are in Scarlett Johansson. Im partially just curious; But what are the major differences, from a medical standpoint, between my facial features and hers. What surgical process would provide me with similar feminine features? I already plan on getting a breast implants, but features such as my lips and wider nose also bother me. I tried to upload similar angles side by side... not wearing make up. Thank you for your answers.

You are a beautiful young lady in your own right with a different facial structure than Scarlett.  Try something non-surgical, like lip filler to give you a similar pout before embarking on more invasive surgical measures that may leave you disappointed and unsatisfied in time.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is often difficult to compare individual people's faces.  Based on your own photographs alone, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.   A chin implant can be performed at the same time for
improved jaw line contour.  I always use a medpor implant with screw
fixation, which stays in place over time.  A silicone chin implant has a
high rate of malrotation over time.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I know you may love Scarlett's looks, but your facial structure is different, your genes are different.  Trying to have plastic surgery to look like a "movie star" is about the worst thing you can try to do.  If you are looking to improve your appearance some of the procedures you are looking at will do that.  Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Without in person evaluations my over the internet guess is HA fillers to tear troughs, upper lips, cheeks. I would use Vollure on lips, Voluma on cheeks , and Volbella in tear trouf=ghs . One syringe f each - costs around $3,000. Might also offer Silhouette InstaLift with PDO combination ( The SilhiPDO Lift) as minimal surgery. Fee in $5,000 range. But best to seek a few in person opinions...
