Can I use citalopram hydrobromide to stop anxiety and panic attack.

Hello and thank you for your question.  It is very normal to be nervous before surgery.  I would ask your surgeon in regards to specific medications.  I also always tell my patients that if they are nervous, speaking with your surgeon again before your surgery date can be very reassuring.  Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.

I often help patients with anxiety about their surgery by giving them medications to take prior to surgery.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.
