Hello and thank you for your question. It is very normal to be nervous before surgery. I would ask your surgeon in regards to specific medications. I also always tell my patients that if they are nervous, speaking with your surgeon again before your surgery date can be very reassuring. Based on yourphotograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon canaccomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in yourlower nose.
