The collagen produced a very bottom heavy face and I'm not very old, but due to the placement my face still remains puffy and bottom heavy. Is there any way to break this down? I used a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Sculptra Collagen An examination would provide a much better answer as to the preferred treatment plan. The simple answer is that collagen produced by Collagen takes time to be broken down by the body, hence the necessity of seeing an experienced injector to begin with. Sculptra is best injected in a manner that emphasize the upper cheek area as opposed to the lower face. At this point, some form of lfting procedure might be most appropriate.

Answer: Sculptra and "heavy face" I have injected 100s of patients with Sculptra but have never found Sculptra to last "forever". I have seen patients have it last 2-3 years; but usually even when it is lasting a long time, they want to come in and have a "booster" vial(s) around 18-24 months. There is not a true "Sculptra Reversal" injection (like Wydase to Restylane). I would be cautious with off-label injections. Perhaps consider VERY carefully performed lower face liposuction, or a "lifting" surgical procedure. 3-4 pictures of your area of concern are also helpful in these forums. Best of luck to you.
