Why do these implants look saggy? (Photo)

The person in this picture has 800cc implants. Why does her chest look that way? Her implants are hanging too low. I'm thinking about getting 650cc, because I'm tall. How can I prevent this from happening to me? I was thinking about getting the internal bra procedure done. Would that help?

Thank you for your question. You are correct in that you need some form of breast imaging study. It could be MRI or mammogram. Please contact your primary care doctor/Plastic surgeon/gynecologist and they can order this for you.  All the best to you.

Thanks for your question! Judging by your photos, I think that you really look good for 10 weeks out. Your right side is probably a little higher because it had a larger implant placed on that side. I think with time it will continue to improve. I personally am also a fan of implant massage, and...

Remember that the muscle over the implants attaches along the sides of the breastbone, which limits how close the implants can go. Your cleavage gap looks normal. The implants are a tiny bit high relative to the nipples, but as they settle they will probably be just right.
