I had a breast augmentation done a week ago, I got 360cc Polytech implants under the muscle put in. I am now wondering if my breast are too far apart? And does it look like they will sag again?
Answer: Breast Augmentation results Dear Patient: Thanks for your question and your photo. You are just a week out of Breast Augmentation surgery. Your result looks good and the gap as well. Your implants still need to settle down, your final result would be looked at the six month post op mark. Hope this helps!

Answer: Under muscle implants have a natural cleavage gap Remember that the muscle over the implants attaches along the sides of the breastbone, which limits how close the implants can go. Your cleavage gap looks normal. The implants are a tiny bit high relative to the nipples, but as they settle they will probably be just right.

Answer: Are my breasts too far apart? Based on your photograph, your breast implants do not seem too far apart. As you likely know, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. Many patients report, as swelling dissipates (within the first month after surgery), that they are happier with the appearance of the "cleavage area". The cleavage area may look deeper as swelling dissipates. Of course, many factors including anatomic starting point, pocket dissection, and exact breast implants utilized will determine the final outcome when it comes to "cleavage" concerns. At this point, my best advice: rest, patience, and close follow-up with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Are my breasts too far apart? You are still early in the healing process. What you are seeing now is not yet your final results. Your implants will still settle over the course of your recovery and the appearance of your breasts will still improve. You should also understand that breast augmentation does not really close the gap between your breasts if the gap is already big enough before the surgery. However, it is advisable to wait for about 6 months post op to see your final results.

Answer: 1 week post-op For only 1 week following your surgery I think your results are excellent. It doesn't appear that you have a huge amount of swelling and I believe your cleavage looks very normal. Implants will take weeks to completely settle, so try not to over analyze things in this healing period.Kind regards
