The most important factor in terms of results is the elasticity of the skin not necessarily your age. I have seen many older patients with good skin elasticity and I have also had patients in their 20's with poor skin elasticity. This is something your PS should be able to tell you during an examination.

loses its ability to "snap back" over time, older individuals can be
left with drooping skin and unsatisfactory results. Without knowing how old you
are or what your skin quality is like, it's hard to predict what kind of
results you can expect. It's quite possible that an older woman could have skin
just as elastic as a younger one. A good plastic surgeon can evaluate your skin
and make recommendations. Your surgical plan could also include a procedure to
remove drooping skin, if necessary, such as a tummy tuck or other body lifting
