Are saddle bags lipo-ed for a BBL?

Liposuction results can be tailored to meet the desires of the individual. This is a decision you and your PS should make after discussing your goals for the BBL results and contouring of your body.   I make very few incisions and I place the incisions in discrete locations to minimize the appearance.

In most places circumferential liposuction of torso (abdomen, flanks, lower back) is intricate part of BBL together with buttock shaping/augmentation with fat grafts. However, any other area can be added (thighs, arms, saddle bags) to this procedure as extra. This needs to be discussed with your surgeon before surgery and any area that you do not want to be treated should be excluded. Good luck.

Saddlebags are not always liposuctioned for a BBL. they are usually left intact if the patient desires an upside down heart buttock shape. if they are not too prominent, they can also be left intact to create a round buttock by grafting above it.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide

Thank you for the question. You can harvest fat from any area on the body to use for fat grafting to the buttocks. If you like the width of your hips, your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon does not have to take fat from the saddlebags area. Sometimes fat can even be grafted in the hips at request of the patient based on the shape they're hoping for. Stab incisions are used to graft to the buttocks. One of the pros of the procedure is that although there is a lot going on under the skin, only a small incision is needed in order to introduce the cannula that the fat will go through.
