Symmetry & areola size is off after breast lift - can my areolas be fixed? (Photos)

Question

I had a breast lift and he reduced the size Of my areolas back in December so 2023. They are now healed and the symmetry is off as well as Areola size. I am having pain in my "botched" breast and his fix all was to cut a piece of skin from under that areola to pull it down. I don't feel like this is going to be the best solution and could really use a second opinion. I live in Okinawa and went to a PS here. (Pain itchy stingy burning sensation, hurts to touch)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The breast with the higher nipple is bottoming out and making that areola look too high. Your breasts need to be revised.

From the photos you will need a revision in order to bring the breasts into better symmetry. The symptoms you describe should not be present a year after surgery.  Those should be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon as well.
