Symmetry & areola size is off after breast lift - can my areolas be fixed? (Photos)

I had a breast lift and he reduced the size Of my areolas back in December so 2023. They are now healed and the symmetry is off as well as Areola size. I am having pain in my "botched" breast and his fix all was to cut a piece of skin from under that areola to pull it down. I don't feel like this is going to be the best solution and could really use a second opinion. I live in Okinawa and went to a PS here. (Pain itchy stingy burning sensation, hurts to touch)
