I’m 24 and have been dealing with what I would consider “mild” acne since my mid teens. I’ve just switched to a new dermatologist since my old one retired. Prior to this derm, I’ve used differin, benzoyl peroxide, and duac spot treatment, which generally helped. I even did a stint on doxycycline. But when I turned 23 my acne came back and nothing works. This is the worst it’s ever been. Forehead, shoulders, even scalp and scalp line. I’m just unsure if accutane is worth the risks?
