If you do blood work and your total cholesterol comes back a little higher than average can you still take Accutane?

I recently did a blood test at my local doctors and my testosterone came back fine as well as my triglycerides and HDL but my total cholesterol came back just slightly above average and same for my LDL, how much can you go over before being denied Accutane?
