How can I get a more symmetrical/feminine face? (Photo)

I'm not sure what to do. I haven't gotten anything done yet but i'm researching lip filler, masseter botox, possibly chin filler, non surgical nose job. I don't like my smile my face is very round and i want it to look more feminine.

Feminisation of the face is a complex procedure and usually requires multiple interventions. I would recommend Chin Reduction and Submental Liposuction. Other procedures that can be helpful in making a more feminine look can also be Rhinoplasty and Brow Lift.
