What will feminize my face?

Facial balancing is one of the most important things you can do to improve aesthetics and harmony. That said, as we age (after the age of 30yrs) our bone structure and facial fat compartments starts to shrink and in thinner people, this results in a thinner more oval face. You have fine facial features that just need a little volume to improve over all aesthetics. In your case, I would consider facial fat grafting with micronized fat focusing on trying to triangulate your face more so that you have more balance in the Midface, perioral and chin regions. This would improve your proportions, enhance your lips and bring your chin into balance. I caution you on dermal fillers due to how thin your skin is and too much could result in “filler face”. 

The key to facial feminization, which has been my area of expertise for 25 years, is that there are many small changes that can be made.
For example, you have a feminine forehead at the glabella (usually the problem) but we can adjust the shape of your chin, cheeks, hairline, and nose. You could also consider some lifting and plumping of the lips. Not all of these steps are necessary for an attractive feminine appearance but rather these are some considerations.
