Hi all, I have a few things I’m quite insecure about, but primarily the bulging of my eyes and the sagging of my cheeks and mouth corners. My nose is also less than ideal. Wondering what you might suggest?

The best option for you would be an eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000. If you dislike your nose you could benefit from a rhinoplasty. You may also benefit from a browlift, which would elevate your eyebrows higher and decrease the vertical height of your forehead.
