Will the temporary crowns pose a risk during Facelift surgery?

I’m booked to have my teeth prepared for dental crowns one day before my facelift. He is to do the major work before the surgery as he said it’s not advised to have my mouth opened for a long time for any dental work following the facelift. He was to fit me with temporary crowns before facelift and to complete the work at later date . Will the temporary crowns pose a risk during facelift surgery? If yes how long to wait? I’m travelling overseas and all is booked already. Scared now .. .
