Hi there, I'm getting increasingly unhappy with my appearance as I am ageing (now 38), I feel like my face is looking almost more masculine and harsh and I'm not feeling "pretty" anymore compared to the past. Can I ask for any suggestions of what procedures would make me feel like my features are softer/more feminine and give me a prettier appearance? I had an upper blepharoplasty about 6 yeas ago. All pics here are from the last 12 months. Thank you.

To help balance your facial profile, you may consider rhinoplasty and either genioplasty to advance the chin and lengthen the jawline, or chin implants for a similar effect. I would suggest avoiding a full facelift at your age; however, a neck lift or non-surgical neck-tightening treatments may be beneficial.From the frontal view, your upper face (forehead) appears longer than the mid and lower face. To improve proportion, you may consider hairline advancement&mdash;though this requires careful consideration of the resulting scar. If you feel comfortable with a frontal hairline incision, this can be a good option.Additionally, fat grafting to the anterior and lateral malar and under-eye regions may help create a more balanced and rejuvenated appearance. CO₂ laser resurfacing can further enhance skin quality and texture.If you choose to proceed with hairline advancement, it can be combined with an eyebrow lift and temporal midface lift; alternatively, these procedures can be performed without hairline advancement using minimal-incision techniques.

You would benefit from a brow lift and hairline lowering using the Irregular Trichophytic Brow Lift with hairline lowering without a noticeable scar.
