Trans woman - brow technique options? (Photos)

avaholly
I want to have a brow bone/orbitals reduction and brow lift. My hair has always been very important to me and I understand that often removing a strip of skin before the bicoronal incision is closed is common in order to reset appropriate tension. Is it possible to have this procedure done without removing any hair-bearing tissue? If so, what is the name of this technique and how can I refer to it when in consults with surgeons? Is it important to work with a surgeon who is experienced in performing this particular technique, or is it something I can simply request from an experienced FFS surgeon regardless of whether or not it is their usual route? My primary goals are to 1) retain all hair-bearing scalp tissue, and 2) to avoid the slight hairline raise that is sometimes associated with the bicoronal incision. Thank you.
