Unsure what to do next for scar problems 1 year post-op scar revision? (Photos)

Question

I had a scar revision almost 1 year ago. I believe I am allergic to the underneath sutures as they don't seem to dissolve correctly and become infected. The Plastic Surgeon put filler in my neck to try and help the puckers. I am unsure what to do next.

Unforutnately, scar revision surgeries, especially in areas subject to static or dynamic tension, risk the subsequent develoipment of stretch scars and even tram track stitch marks. So, no surprises that the revision did not remedy the problem. Sorry. Subcision, which I have been performing since 1995 can be used to elevate and smooth indented scars from all causes, including prior surgery, as in this case. Next,  professionally performed manual micronreedling (no need for the expense and risks with RF microneedling) along with the topical application of prescription strength pigment promoting agents, can be used to address the color and texture disparities between the scar tissue and the normal surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with special expertise in scar treatments. Hope this helps and best of luck.
