Unsure what to do next for scar problems 1 year post-op scar revision? (Photos)

I had a scar revision almost 1 year ago. I believe I am allergic to the underneath sutures as they don't seem to dissolve correctly and become infected. The Plastic Surgeon put filler in my neck to try and help the puckers. I am unsure what to do next.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Hi, great question. I agree with your surgeon - I would also recommend a scar revision/ release under local. I don't think other non-invasive modalities would help.
