Which procedure would help minimize the appearance of a punch biopsy scar? 24 y/o with skin type 3 (photos)

Male, skin type:3,age:24 I hade a 8mm punch biopsy done in the middle of my torso, it has now gone more than two years since then and the scar it left me with is indented compared to the surrounding skin. Would a new scar excision fix the problem or just worsen the scar?
