31F, 1st BA 650cc HP unders areola incision. I’ve had skin tethering since then. It was not as noticeable until I got a revision (355cc Mod Plus unders inframammary). My surgeon has recommended scar revision by just releasing the scar that’s attached to the muscle while under local. However, I’m not sure if this is going to prevent it from happening again or fix the problem completely. He sounds confident about it but I’m really worried about not being happy with results. Any recommendations?
