I had fillers 8 year ago and had a ultrasound examination and they said that there are no filler left but granuloma scarring, i can also feel lumps inside the lips and above. As you can se on the picture it looks like migrated filler, but they said its not. How do i remove this granuloma?

Hi, great question. I agree with your surgeon - I would also recommend a scar revision/ release under local. I don't think other non-invasive modalities would help.

Hi melisofi, excellent question. I generally recommend a silicon-based scar gel or strips. The good thing about the silicone strips is that you can cut it to the size of the your scar, and they're re-useable. I would wait at least 3-4 weeks after surgery before using them.
