I had rhinoplasty/septoplasty in 2016 for a broken nose. Was advised recently that too much cartilage was removed causing current issues. I am currently experiencing constant pressure on the nasal bone region, aching in same area comes and goes, and a sharp jabbing feeling in the same area that occurs with specific face movements or touching that side of the face. now noticed inward dipping on sidewalls of nose and the skin looks different and actually can see a circle around the indented area. Nostrils still same as usual and breathing has become slightly stuffy. When I take a deep breath through my nose I can see suction movement on either side walls of nose (just above my nostrils). I have been calling around to see an ent urgently as I don’t feel my usual self. I sometimes feel a little numb above my lips. I called a nurse yesterday but they advised I should wait for ent appointment and to come to the hospital if I experience further pain or difficulty breathing. are my signs and photos showing early nasal collapse? If so, how long do I have to have surgery before it possibly progresses, is it dangerous? I am hoping and wanting to have surgery within a month if I can. also in photos you will see a vertical line that has become prominent in the last few months. Thank you
