Should I get another rhinoplasty or fillers to raise the bridge of my nose? (Photos)

Especially since you've already had surgery on your nose, surgery is a much better long-term solution to building up the bridge of your nose.

Fillers work well temporarily, but should not be relied on to create a life-long change.

Research abouf fillers in the perinasal and periorbital area, very risky stuff, besides they may destroy internally or create fibrotic damage.

There is a third option, a conservative shaving of that crest visible on the lateral photo you've posted; however... I have a gut feelling there are additional problems/deformities in that nose, experience drives me.

I'd have to see a complete set of images to give you a grounded opinion.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a a revision with a dorsal onlay graft consisting of diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your posted photo showing the differences you’ve obtained from your previous rhinoplasty. I would recommend using a HA filler to see if the result can be obtained and then switching to a more permanent filler or a dermal fat graft.
