Hi there, I suggest seeing a Dermatologist. Angular Cheilitis comes and goes. Also using certain OTC products can worsen the condition as well saliva/licking the corners of your mouth. Have a consultation for laser genesis. Also likely need a steroid as well. Best of luck!
