Face sagging & dent - what are the effective treatments in my case? (Photo)

I'm 32 y.o., and last 2 years my face started aging super quickly (probably due to stress and low ferritin&protein levels). I tried biorevitalization and PF resurfacing but I haven't seen any difference. I then got dermal fillers under eyes, nasal folds and cheeks. It looked better but it seems that the filler migrated and now I have weird dents between my eyes and cheeks (see the photos). What are effective treatments in my case (except of fillers) to even and lift the face?

Hey there! Great question - unfortunately, botox and filler are unlikely to bring about the change that you're looking for - particularly not botox. Filler can be used in that "region" to camouflage what you're seeing. Specifically, placing it below the corner of the mouth can help upturn it...
It appears there is some asymmetry that could be improved. I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation. If desired hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the current filler.
Treating malar bags is difficult. Some patients find improvement with Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology and microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results.
