I had jawline filler to help with jowls and this is the result is this normal from the side profile it looks ok but from the from its very unsymmetrical and wide. She used 4ml in total

The pre jowl sulcus is the indentation just in front of your jowls, closer to your chin. It looks as though this particular area along your jawline may have been avoided, and 4 CC's sounds like an awful lot of filler. Depending on your examination, your jawline appearance could probably be blended, or the dissolving enzyme may be considered to reduce some of the full areas. It appears there is some asymmetry that could be improved.  I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.  If desired hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the current filler.
