Is there a procedure to plump up or fill in this area near my eye? (Photo)

On both sides of my eyes on the corner, below my temple in line with the corner of my eyes are flat looking. It is not hollow or sunken eye. Is there a procedure to plump that area up or fill it in. It is not tear trough either. Is there a file than can be used so close to the corner of my eyes?

I'm not sure what article you're referring to, however, if HA fillers caused skin cancer, this would be big news. Frankly, cancers of the skin are due to excessive ultraviolet light exposure. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
