I would recommend using filler such as Voluma(1 syringe on each side of the face) to add upper face volume to create a more heart shaped facial appearance.,
Thank you for sharing your photos and for your thoughtful question. You already have beautiful features and a naturally balanced facial structure. When aiming for a more feminine and harmonious look, subtle enhancements with Botox and fillers can help refine and accentuate what you already have without changing your natural expression.Botox can be used to gently relax certain muscles to create a softer, more lifted look — for example, a slight brow lift or jawline slimming effect. Fillers, on the other hand, can enhance facial harmony by adding gentle contour to the cheeks, chin, or lips, depending on your unique anatomy and aesthetic goals. The goal would be to maintain your natural proportions while creating a smooth, balanced profile that complements your features beautifully. A personalized assessment in person will determine which areas would benefit most, as small, precise adjustments often create the most elegant results.
I literally don't see anything that is jumping out to me that is wrong with your face. It's possible it's from the photos. If you feel liek you are seeing lines that appear when you move your face and are also settling in when you're not moving your face, then botox could be helpful for those areas (although I don't see any right now - but could be due to photo quality). I don't htink you need filler anywhere. If you just want to do "something" to feel better and age better, I would focus on skin at this point.
I encourage you to begin by visiting with an experienced injector to discuss your concerns. At 26 one important thing you can do is begin a great skin care routine. We recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day. Other treatments like SkinPen, HydraFacial, and chemical peels can keep skin looking young and healthy. Botox and fillers can be used to help correct asymmetry, improve dynamic wrinkles, and enhance facial contours.
A) Volume restoration (fillers / biostimulators) Hyaluronic acid fillers can lift and support the midface, temples, and jawline to reduce the appearance of jowls. Sculptra or Radiesse stimulate collagen for a more gradual, natural lift ideal for early laxity. Benefits: Immediate contour...
I recommend 3-4 units of Botox on each side to inject into DAO(depressor anguli oris) muscles to minimize the appearance of marionette lines.
If your laser is ablative or aggressive (e.g., CO₂ laser, Er:YAG, deep resurfacing), it’s best to wait 1–2 weeks before Botox: Your skin needs time to heal. There’s more inflammation and risk of infection. You want your injector to see your natural muscle movement without swelling.
It’s possible that your facial changes are related to a combination of natural aging, soft tissue redistribution, and potentially some fat loss from radiofrequency microneedling (Morpheus8) — especially if treatments were aggressive or done over thin areas. This can make the face appear more hol...
Botox doesn’t permanently worsen wrinkles. What you’re noticing is usually the contrast effect—your skin was smooth while the Botox was active, so once it faded, the return of natural movement can make lines seem deeper. If dosing was too low or placed unevenly, muscles may also com...
At 18, you are too young to consider Botox for altering smile shape. A downturned or straight smile is usually related to natural anatomy and muscle balance, not something that should be treated with toxin at your age. Botox in this area can also risk an unnatural or asymmetric result. If...
