I'm sorry you are having this difficulty. However, from the one photo provided, you appear to have, as the main issue, a rather common problem between the eyebrows known as the frown line or "eleven" lines when you scowl.
Potentially, Botox is no longer right for you. You may, for example, have developed a resistance to it resulting from, for example, a touch up treatment, given too soon after an initial treatment. If this plays a role, then switching to another neuromodulator, such as Xeomin, may prove helpful, or simply an adjustment in the concentration and/or amounts of Botox given during a treatment session. Botox doesn’t permanently worsen wrinkles. What you’re noticing is usually the contrast effect—your skin was smooth while the Botox was active, so once it faded, the return of natural movement can make lines seem deeper. If dosing was too low or placed unevenly, muscles may also compensate in other areas, creating the look of heavier creasing.If your most recent treatment didn’t work, it could be due to injection technique, dilution, or simply not enough product. True resistance is rare. I’d recommend seeing an experienced injector to reassess muscle balance. In some cases, complementary treatments (microneedling, RF like Morpheus8, or fillers) are needed to address static lines that Botox alone can’t correct.

This is osmething better discussed with your injector. I recommend you go get a treatment and then schedule a followup in 2-3wks when you're at "max" and talk with your injector. If you still have mvmt and lines, then maybe you just need ot go up on the dosage. If it did absolutely nothing, it's possible you might need to try a different toxin.

The good news is that this doesn’t mean nothing can help, Botox can still work for you, but it may need to be tailored differently next time. Some patients also benefit from combining Botox with other treatments like skin resurfacing or fillers, depending on the type of wrinkles.

If you are still able to make a frown then additional Botox may help. Botox addresses dynamic wrinkles which are the lines that form when we animate. It will not treat static wrinkles, which is the lines that are present at rest. For those you can consider treatments such as microneedling, lasers or chemical peels. A few reasons why the Botox treatment did not work on you. Reason number one, you may be resistant to Botox. If that is the case, you may need to look into receiving treatment using Myobloc.
Reason number two, Botox was not injected into the proper muscle groups, which is not that I’m uncommon unless you were injected by a plastic surgeon or ent doctor. My recommendation to you is to be reevaluated with someone with a lot of experience and treat accordingly.
