I'm sorry you are having this difficulty. However, from the one photo provided, you appear to have, as the main issue, a rather common problem between the eyebrows known as the frown line or "eleven" lines when you scowl.
Potentially, Botox is no longer right for you. You may, for example, have developed a resistance to it resulting from, for example, a touch up treatment, given too soon after an initial treatment. If this plays a role, then switching to another neuromodulator, such as Xeomin, may prove helpful, or simply an adjustment in the concentration and/or amounts of Botox given during a treatment session.
