I’m currently 330cc mentor teardrop implant with dual plane placement. I’m extremely unhappy with my implant size and the lack of cleavage. I was recommended to go smaller than what I wanted due to a chance of a mono boob occurring because of my skin, I have what’s called congenital symmastia. Can anything be done to achieve a fuller breast with deep cleavage?

Your implants are too large and heavy for your frame. You would look and feel much better with something smaller, probably around 300-350 cc's. You can discuss the price for revision with your surgeon, but would still be charged for supplies, the OR room, anesthesia, and new implants. If you go...
You have sagging from the weight and appear to have a capsule that has formed. I would suggest another capsulectomy, going with smaller implants, and another lift.
It is always better to be conservative on the lift if blood supply to the areola is of concern. However, a vertical lift would have given a better shape for you. go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.
