Can I ever have bigger implants and deeper cleavage with congenital symmastia?

I’m currently 330cc mentor teardrop implant with dual plane placement. I’m extremely unhappy with my implant size and the lack of cleavage. I was recommended to go smaller than what I wanted due to a chance of a mono boob occurring because of my skin, I have what’s called congenital symmastia. Can anything be done to achieve a fuller breast with deep cleavage?

Good evening,
I have performed over 1000 synmastia repairs, probably more than any other surgeon in the U.S I do this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique- which also provides enough long term support to allow the placement of larger implants. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

I would not recommend larger implants but I would recommend liposuction of the sternal area to deepen the cleavage. The first step would be to undergo an ultrasound to see what tissue is there and see how thick it is. This may give you an idea how much improvement you can achieve.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Measurements are needed to be sure, but just based on your photos, you have the appropriate size for your frame. Larger implants may be too wide for your chest.
