Hello! I advise my patients not to lie on their stomachs for the first few weeks after breast implant surgery. For added comfort, you can place a pillow on your side to maintain your position. You can also sleep at a reclined angle with the support of pillows behind you to reduce the pressure on your implants so they can heal faster.
Please ask your surgeon when sleeping on your stomach is possible. Although it is best to sleep on your side or back initially, sleeping on your front should not cause injury or rupture to the implant. However, you should wear a good supportive bra.
I do not think there is a specific time that you can not sleep on yoru stomach., I would probably say at least a few weeks once the pain goes away and you have healed. Always good to check with your doctor.

It is probably better to ask your surgeon. Sleeping on the implants before the capsule has formed may contribute to displacement of the implants, so three months seems reasonable. Most patients find it uncomfortable for longer than that, so it is not often an issue.All the best.
