It is a post operative complication that could take months to heal. Than as few operations to remake the N/A complex...Sorry for your issues... 

If the sizers looked good, and your surgeon did measurements to assure that the implants were appropriate to your breast anatomy, then it sounds like you have a good fit. The implants will probably look just a bit smaller than the same size of trials worn over the breasts.All the best.
