Sculptra to fix dents and divots on outer thighs/buttocks after botched lipo?

How does sculptra onnthe side buttocks and outer thighs to fix dents (due to no fat transfer available) feel to the touch? Does it feel hard or soft like its part of your fat?

Sculptra is a wonderful dermal filler because it works by stimulating the body to produce new collagen.
