I want non vasive procedure and I've come across Sculptra. I watched some videos of doctors doing a bbl with sculptra and I'm interested. I have a small bum and want to enhance it without invasive surgery. How many vials might I need to have a really big butt? (In one treatment) is it okay to put it in hips too?
Answer: Sculptra for BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) Sculptra is a great option for BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) if you don't want surgery or don't have sufficient fat for BBL. The advantage over BBL is that this is non surgical and there is no downtime. The main disadvantage, which answers your question about how many vials you will need, is that you can't get as a dramatic result vs. fat injections because the Sculpra vials are so expensive. On average I use 10 vials per treatment. There are two treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Total of 20 vials. I find that this gives my patients a really nice result which is affordable. Yes, if we injected 20 vials per session you would probably notice dramatic results like fat BBL but the cost would be more than what you would spend on fat transfer BBL. Unless you are Kim Kardashian, which is exactly what she had done, most people can't afford this.

Answer: Sculptra for Large Butt Enhancement Yes, it is possible to attain a large butt with Sculptra. The issue is the number of vials required to achieve the desired results may be cost-prohibitive in some cases. The number of vials required to achieve the result desired could be 20 vials or more. To see results in some patients - see video below.

Answer: You might be better suited for a Brazilian butt lift rather than Sculptra®. While Sculptra® can offer excellent results if you're looking for a subtle boost of volume and smoothness in your butt, it can't give you the dramatic results that are possible with a Brazilian butt lift. So if you're looking for a significant increase in volume, the BBL is probably the best solution for you. I would suggest consulting a cosmetic surgeon with experience performing both procedures to discuss your options in more detail. Good luck!

Answer: Sculptra Sculptra unlike other fillers increases volume as it induces collagen production. So the solution itself is not the one that produces the added volume. The process relies on the body's natural collagen production. It induces the body to produce collagen. The chances of it looking natural are very high because of this too. And so, because of this, we will never promise or guarantee that a certain number of syringes/vials will be sufficient to reach your goals. This will depend on your individual response to treatment. You may start with 10-12, and then decide whether you want more or not.

Answer: Non Surgical Butt Augmentation Sculptra is Poly-L- Lactic Acid and it works by boosting your body's own collagen production. Sculptra is a great option for Butt Enhancement aka BBL (or Brazilian Butt Lift) if you do not want to go under general anesthesia or do not want surgery. It’s also a good option if you are super skinny and do not have enough fat for BBL. The advantage of using SCULPTRA over BBL is no down-time. With a BBL you are out for 2 weeks - NO SITTING and NO LAYING DOWN. With SCULPTRA you have minimal downtime. Sculptra is a little more expensive than most BBLs. On average, we use 10 vials per treatment. There are two treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Total of 20 vials. This gives a beautiful result that lasts 2 to 4 years. Best Wishes, K.
