Sculptra butt lift in LA?

You should be able to find someone who can perform Sculptra Butt Lift in LA.  My practice is in New York and I have treated many patients who wanted a non surgical butt lift.Although BBL is appealing - results can be dramatic and longer lasting, there are risks, including death, significant downtime, and the fat doesn't always take.  Butt implants have a higher risk of post operative complications vs. breast implants including malposition and infection given their location.  I recently performed a Sculptra Butt Lift on a woman who had two failed buttock implant surgeries by another plastic surgeon.  She is very pleased with her results and will have a touch up treatment every two years.

Diego; I have been using Sculptra to create lovely, natural looking
curves in the buttocks for several years. This an advanced procedure
that requires that the Sculptra be diluted and carefully placed. You
will need at least two to four vials per session and will probably
need more than one treatment, depending on how much of a change you
wish to see.

The
results are not immediate; it takes about 1 month before your final
curves are visible because Sculptra works by stimulating your body to
produce its own new collagen. You can continue treating until you get
the look you want. However, as you alluded to, the results will not
be as large or dramatic as a BBL created with autologous fat. If you

Hello,This is a fairly expensive process. Having done smaller injections for shaping and a few larger ones, the minimum number of vials just  to see some subtle shape improvement is 10 vials per side. To see more meaningful size change, I recommend doubling that to 20 per side. At a doctor's cost of roughly $150-$200 per vial, 40 vials could range between $6000 to $8000, which is just cost for the doctor; obviously it is up to the individual doctor how much he/she will charge for the service. This area needs numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. Although there are many surgeons who are experienced in the Sculptra Butt Lift (an excellent alternative to Brazilian Butt Lift), there are very few who have been performing the treatment for over a year.
