Revision quote cost more then I originally paid for procedure? I had a breast lift and implants I tried to tell PS and he kept saying they were fine my niples after surgery also don’t look the same but he kept telling me they do as he used an template, I also did labioplasty and that looks exactly the same as it did before - he kept brushing me off. I fell pregnant within a year of op I went back at 8 weeks pregnant to let them know I am still unhappy. he now decided he wanted to blame pregnancy for my breasts sagging and they stretched my nipples

Dear Suzz22,
every surgeon has a revision policy. Many involve reduced or even no fees for the surgeon (depending on the situation) while the patient may still be responsible for facility (the use of the operating room, staff, and supplies) and anesthesia fees. Best to go back to your surgeon and have a talk about your concerns again.

Congratulations on your recent addition to your family.
The expansion of the uterus and hormonal changes can change the shape of the breast and nipple especially when a previous lift has been performed. That being said I would suggest a revision lift and reduction in the size of the nipple areolar complex.
In terms of the Labiaplasty that can be revised.

Although becoming pregnant can change the intended results of a surgery, your body does go through a lot of changes during and after pregnancy that doctors cannot predict. Even though you didn't breast feed, the stretching from milk production can change your skin elasticity. Your doctor used a "template," which is called a cookie cutter to measure a perfect circle with a specific diameter. Your breast tissue that is hanging can be removed and your nipples will be raised as well, with just a breast lift and small inferior breast reduction. You'll have the same lollipop incision and the weight of the hanging portion of your breast will be gone. Your breast will be slightly smaller but the chances of your breast sagging will be less likely. If nipple expansion persists, the surgeon may use a permanent suture around the areola to prevent it from becoming wide again. It's hard to tell through pictures but I would recommend having a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to assess all your options in person.
