How soon after receiving hyaluronic filler can I have Fraxel laser on my cheeks?

I have recently had hyaluronic injections into my cheeks. 1 ml of firm filler deep into each cheek to provide structure, followed a week later by 1ml of softer filler in each cheek (which was to soften old acne scars by way of micro filling). I purchased a course of 3 Fraxel treatments and used one last September.I would like to have a second session but am concerned that the filler will be compromised. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Fraxel doesn’t affect a thread lift, whether it was done more than a year ago or yesterday. The laser energy doesn’t reach down to the level of the threads and won’t harm them, anyway. Yes, Fraxel or Co2 can be used for this, but a combination approach would give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve this area. I recommend injections with cannulas to limit complications. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
