Will Fraxel laser help with the excess skin in my eyelids? (Photo)

I recently turned 45 and have noticed that when I smile my eyes almost completely close. I’ve been looking at bleroplasty but was hoping I could tighten the skin with laser instead.

This is a good  question! A good answer to your question is that Fraxel is great for resurfacing acne scars and sun damage accrued over many years.  Sebcaeous hyperplasia does not respond well to Fraxel, a better option is using a Co2 Lumenis True spot.  The laser is to destroy...
