What I'm asking for may seem [RS bleep] star. Quite the contrary. I feel flat when I'm not wearing padded bras and would love to not wear a bra at all when I please. The clothing I could wear! Backless too! I'm 5"4, 57 kgs. A bit bottom heavy. Considering round, dual plane implants & have been recommended 'Fuzzy Brazilians' (I think that's it) as I REALLY don't want them to drop. I don't want the fold under the breast. I can fit two fingers under the sag I have now. Recommendations for me please!?

Thanks for the querry,The final result you achieve will understandably be determined where you start from. The trick then is to apply the correct technique, implant size and type to achieve that result. The first thing you need is a full assessment from a surgeon who can advice you as to the best surgical plan to get the best result for you. "Inspiration" is a good start but this result may not be possible given your skin type and breast shape.These are the things that will become more clearly explained in a good consultation.From there you can make an informed decision as to the type of implant and location that will work best for youI hope that is of some help and all the bestJeremy Hunt

The most important feature you must understand about YOUR breasts is that theare not "twins". As is not uncommon, one is larger and one is also "saggier". This is reflected in your final result. Often times we will even do some kind of a lift on one side to make them less uneven.....of course then you have that lift scar.Incidentally, for Miami, that is low normal, not even "porn star". :-)I am sure there are many experienced well trained plastic surgeons in and around Sydney.

Thank you for your question.  A dual plane breast augmentation may well give you the result that you want.  However be aware of your asymmetry as your right breast and nipple is lower than the left.This asymmetry will be significantly more obvious after your breast enlargement.  If you want symmetrical breasts you may need a small lift on the right side.Please choose a board certified plastic surgeon for an examination and consultation.
