Advanced Platelet-Rich Plasma has shown to be very effective for fine lines around these areas. It has collagen building effect and skin tightening that yields over lasting period of time. Advanced PRP is not micro-needling in that the Platelet-Rich Plasma and growth factors are directly injected into deeper facial areas, around eyes, chin and neck where as micro-needling is just smearing blood over face superficially or just use vitamins and serum.

At our practice we use both RF microneedling and PRP. When used together it is the Vampire Facial. I think you get the best result when you combine both. The microneedling will stimulate collagen and the PRP will make that process faster and more complete! Good luck.
