I have had a consultation for Kybella for a rather small fat pocket under chin. What dosage would be most effective?

For very small areas, one vial should suffice.  I think you would have a better result with 1 vial for each session spaced 2 months apart.

Most patients see results after only two treatments, but the outcome depends on the severity of submental fat. Always consult with board certified facial plastic surgeons who are experienced injectors.

This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. Kybella is good for dissolving fat under the chin, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options.  I recommend a combination approach with thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is an alternative for contouring the chin, if you're a candidate.
