I recently had a neck lift leaving me with scars around the ears, I can no longer where my hair up up as the scars a very obvious. So I started doing led light therapy to take the redness out and the nurse said also genesis laser, for which I had 1 session of that and are due to have another in 2 weeks. Will this be good enough to get rid of the indent left in the scars or would Frazer laser better for surgical scars

The Laser Genisis can definitely help improve your uneven skin tone. However, large pores are really about genetics. Though lasers will help, they can not eliminate your large pores so make sure that your expectations are realistic. I wouldn't want you to be disappointed.
