Filler injected into sinuses or immune reaction to fillers?

6 & 3 months ago I had a total of 9ml. Since the last time, I have been suffering from terrible sinus like symptoms - sinus pressure, bad headaches, dizziness, brain fog, extreme fatigue. Is it possible filler has been injected into, putting pressure on, or migrated into the sinus cavities? I have had filler pretty much everywhere in my face from below the eyes down to the chin (no forehead injections).Or is it possible I'm having some sort of immune reaction?2 rounds of antibiotics didn't work
