What happens if you fall on area you did liposuction 10 days post op?

Hi, I'm 10 days post op liposuction. Earlier today I slipped and fell and landed very hard on my lower back, on incision. I had my back flanks done and hips and above buttucks area. Now I am in so much pain spasms come and go above and around buttucks. I'm still in garment, I checked wound no bleeding but it is thorbing heaps and feels like it's swelling. My question is what happens to the area I treated after falling hard on it. Is there going to be damage and have I ruined anything.

Hello. Sorry to know about your injury. It is not possible to comment without examining you. It would be advisable to see your surgeon to ensure everything is ok.

I am very sorry to hear  of your injury following liposuction. Most important is to make certain that you have not caused any significant bleeding. In addition to the pain that you are feeling significant bleeding would cause new swelling in the area.  I would urge her to contact your plastic surgeon for an examination to determine if you have caused any bleeding.
