Swollen lymph nodes 3 weeks before chin lipo & have steroids & antibiotic, could this be a reason to reschedule?

I woke up this morning with swollen lymph nodes on my neck. Went to urgent care and she gave me a steroid and antibiotic. Will be discussing with my surgeon at my pre-op in 5 days but in the meantime wants to ask doctors here. Would this be a reason to reschedule my chin lipo that is set for 3 weeks from now?
