Would a jaw implant and liposuction help me achieve a slimmer and more structured face?

I had a very slim fat and a strong bone structure. One side(right) of my face had a weaker jaw and the plant was to put an implant to fix it. However, without my consent, the doctor instead performed a reduction on the other side(left) and left me with a face that is so chubby, and now I have horrible bone structure too. I want to reduce the fat on my face with a permanent solution, and have a slimmer face. Is jaw implants with facial liposuction or buccal fat removal a good option for me?
