Is Infini treatment more efficient if I do treatments regularly (every 6 weeks)? Or it would give the same result in the end if I did it every 6 months? In other words, time intervals between sessions influence efficiency or not? Thanks a lot!
Answer: Time Intervals I believe the best interval for treatments is 4 to 6 weeks. Collagen formation is stimulated with each treatment and the faster one repeats the treatment, the better the result. The collage or fibroblasts are stimulated to give a better result. There is no scientific data for this, but this is what I am personally seeing in my patients.

Answer: Infini Treatment Hello and thank you for question, the results that we've been experiencing here at my practice have been excellent. Patients are coming back for their second and third treatments every 4 to 6 weeks because they like the way their skin looks after the first treatment. Another thing to consider when determining how often you want to get this treatment done is the fact that most of the patients that were treated during test trials were doing shorter intervals, for that reason the before and after pictures reflect this. The last thing about aging is that it doesn't stop after having a cosmetic procedure, so that means if you are waiting 6 months in between treatments you may not experience the results you desire. Always consult a board certified provider. Hope this helps, Dr. S.

Answer: Intervals between INFINI I recommend intervals between treatments be anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks apart to promote a continuous inflammatory response for more collagen production. I have found waiting longer periods in between treatments for inflammation to come down and retreating does not yield the same amount of improvement. We have been seeing excellent results when used in combination with Sculptra which also stimulates an inflammatory response and boosts more collagen.

Answer: Time intervals affect the results with Infini? I have no data to support his but my instinct says that the closer the procedures are done together, the better the results will be. This is due to the fact that the inflammatory cells are already stimulated if you get the procedure close to the last one. Waiting too long requires recruitment of these cells again and I predict the end result will be less. I try to schedule patients as early as 3 weeks if they are healing appropriately.

Answer: Infini time intervals The timing of Infini does make a difference in outcomes. The cells in your skin that make collagen (the fibroblasts) have a 4-6 month response to each treatment. They get revved up, make collagen for 4-6 months and then peter out. It is best to have a next treatment while they are revved up, not after they conk out. I recommend a series be done every 4-6 weeks ideally-- but no more than 3 months apart to accomplish this. If you wait 6 months, you're starting over with sleepy fibroblasts. Your maximum result is then 4-6 months after your last treatment. It is a long-term project-- but worth it! It is the treatment that keeps getting better and better. Good luck!
