Can Infini RF be combined with fractional CO2 in the same session?

Yes, these can be done on the same day. For acne scars I usually combine lasers with microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. This can certainly be done and there is a review currently on Realself with just this. Infini has insulated needles with allows for more energy delivery to the deeper tissues. Non insulated needles like Intensif create more injury to the skin surface that leads to more risk of pigmentation and wound healing. The depth of the Infini can be adjusted to leave just the noninsulated portion of the needles exposed and give similar treatment to the Intensif if that is desired. I will sometimes do that in lighter skinned acne scarring patients. In general, high energies can only be delivered to the deeper dermis or there will most likely be complications.
